Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at NarrowTheRoadOfficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a resolution.
